2. Focus on One Skill at a Time
👉 Choose one teaching or communication skill to practise each month.
3. Build a Simple Learning Library
👉 Save short videos, PDFs, and notes in one place - eg: EFC Aquila Free App
4. Use Easy Online Tools
👉 Examples:
- EFC Academy for regular business and teaching tips
- ChatGPT for quick checklists, guides, and ideas.
5. Set Personal Growth Goals
👉 Each instructor sets one small goal every quarter (like giving better feedback).
